• For anyone seeking relaxation massage, I offer Swedish massage as well as a few add ons to enhance the experience.  I can add hot stones, cupping, or blend in Polarity Therapy or Reiki.
• For anyone seeking deeper more focused work, I offer integrative massage with deep pressure that can include myofacial release, positional release, and stretching for increased range of motion.
• I offer some specialty massages such as pre or post natal, oncology, and sports massage.  Chair massage can be done upon request for anyone that may have difficulty getting onto a massage table and needs a special accomodation for any reason.

What is Polarity Therapy?

Polarity Therapy is a type of energy medicine that uses a combination of techniques to alter the body's energy flow and balance. It's based on the idea that the positive and negative charges in the body's electromagnetic field control its energy, and that imbalances in this field can lead to disease, pain, and stress.  Polarity Therapy brings the energy flow back into balance to release any blockages and promotes holistic healing.  During a Polarity Therapy session, the therapist will use bipolar contact, which involves applying both hands to the body at once, with each hand on an "opposing location".  The therapist may also use crystals to help improve the energetic flow, and to clear the chakras and aura. Other aspects of Polarity Therapy also involve nutrition, yoga, and counseling.
